Who actually desires to work on festivities? We all seek a little family bonding during the holidays.

In yet another research that highlights workers’ diversion from work during holidays, it was discovered that fifty percent of workers accept vacation shopping online while being at work. Planning off-season activities for equipment operators can help businesses maintain productivity, improve workforce engagement, and ensure continuous skill development during slower operational periods.
But once more, the occupation can’t take an intermission, be it any time of the year. And the worker must accept the reality that workers are going to be preoccupied throughout this time, and hence, it is all-important for the owners to retain the team engaged and carry on with work.
